  • Late (after April 15, 1999) - $600
  • Student Early (by April 15) - $225
  • Student Late (after April 15) - $300
  • Workshops/Tutorials - add $50 (covers all)
  • Extra dinner ticket - $65
  • Extra proceedings - $40
