Description

This scholarship was established by Mr. Darwyn Peachey in memory of his wife, Judy Richardson Peachey (M.Sc. 1982), to recognize the academic excellence of a student pursuing an Honours Degree in Computer Science at the University of Saskatchewan.

The Judy Peachey Memorial Scholarship in Computer Science has been established to recognize academic excellence of a female student pursuing degree studies in Computer Science at the University of Saskatchewan.

• One scholarship will be available annually.
• The scholarship will have a minimum value of $3,000.
• The scholarship is open to female students entering their third or fourth year of study in a four-year Bachelor of Science degree or a Post Degree Specialization Certificate program at the University of Saskatchewan majoring in Computer Science.
• Selection will be based on academic achievement.

Cheques should be issued to the University of Saskatchewan. It should be indicated in the cheque's memo line that the gifts are in support of the Judy Peachey Memorial Scholarship in Computer Science. Please note that the University of Saskatchewan does not encourage gifts of cash through the mail.

Donations qualify for charitable receipts provided each contribution is accompanied by the donor's name and an up to date mailing address.
