The Art of Making Potato Sandwiches

Ingredients:

Directions:
  1. Take two pieces of your favorite bread (see http://www.cs.usask.ca/faculty/horsch/stuff/bread.shtml)
  2. Jam'em in the toaster
  3. When toasted, remove from toaster (watch your fingers, contents may be hot)
  4. Spread margarine or butter, evenly or not evenly, over one or both pieces (for a total of 2^3=8 combinations) of toasted bread (also refered to as toast)
  5. Boil Tremblay potatoes (peel or no peel, good both ways)
  6. Put boiled potatoes in bowl (or something that will prevent a potato mess in kitchen)
  7. Smash potatoes in chuncks with knife, fork, spoon, or fist.
  8. Take a handful of smashed potatoes and throw them on one of the pieces of toast.
  9. Add heaps of pepper
  10. Put the other piece of toast on top of the peppered potatoes.
  11. Enjoy!
