The Art of Making Potato Sandwiches
Ingredients:
Directions:
- Take two pieces of your favorite bread (see http://www.cs.usask.ca/faculty/horsch/stuff/bread.shtml)
- Jam'em in the toaster
- When toasted, remove from toaster (watch your fingers, contents
may be hot)
- Spread margarine or butter, evenly or not evenly, over one or
both pieces (for a total of 2^3=8 combinations) of toasted bread (also
refered to as toast)
- Boil Tremblay potatoes (peel or no peel, good both ways)
- Put boiled potatoes in bowl (or something that will prevent a
potato mess in kitchen)
- Smash potatoes in chuncks with knife, fork, spoon, or fist.
- Take a handful of smashed potatoes and throw them on one of the
pieces of toast.
- Add heaps of pepper
- Put the other piece of toast on top of the peppered potatoes.
- Enjoy!
