Fall Programming Contest
The Department of Computer Science is holding its annual Fall Programming Contest on Sunday, September 23rd! This year, the event is extra special, as it coincides with our department's 50th-anniversary celebration.
The ACM Intercollegiate Programming Contest is a competitive event in which teams of three students strive to write computer programs that will solve challenging problems. The team that solves the most problems within the time limit wins the event.
This event is open to everyone! First-year students are welcome! Fourth-year students are welcome! Alumni are welcome! Coming in teams of 3 is great, but if you don't have a team, that's fine, we'll find you one when you show up.
We have both Novice and Advanced competition categories. The novice category is for students who have not yet *completed* any 200-level CMPT class.
