The Interactive Software Engineering and Analytics (iSE) Lab is hosting an EDI initiative workshop with the aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students and professionals in computer science and related fields.

Through guest speaker sessions, interactive discussions, and practical workshops, participants will gain insights into overcoming barriers in academia and industry while exploring scientific computations, AI-driven software engineering, and data-driven problem-solving approaches.
This workshop is designed to:
- Encourage diverse participation by creating an inclusive learning space.
- Promote peer collaboration through small group discussions and hands-on coding sessions.
- Develop both technical and soft skills to prepare students for academic and industry success.
- Build a strong community that fosters confidence, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
Lunch and coffee will be provided for this full day event. Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops for the interactive session.
